At lptrends.in, we strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Please note that our standard delivery time frame is **2 to 7 days**, depending on your location and product availability. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

**1. Return Eligibility**

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

*   The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

*   The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

*   The item is in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and invoice.

**Note:** Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, and customized items may not be eligible for return.

**2. How to Request a Return**

*   Go to **My Orders** > Select the item > Click **Return/Replace**.

*   Or email us at **returns@lptrends.in** with your order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable).

*   Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

**3. Pickup and Inspection**

*   For eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup at your location.

*   The item will be inspected upon pickup. If it passes inspection, your return will be approved.

**4. Refund Process**

*   Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product verification.

*   Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet balance.

*   COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

**5. Exchange Policy**

*   Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product defects (where applicable).

*   Replacement will be shipped after the original item is returned and verified. The new delivery will follow the standard time frame of 2-7 days.

**6. Cancellation Policy**

*   Orders can be cancelled before the item is shipped from the **My Orders** section.

*   Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.

**7. Exceptions**

Returns are not accepted for:

*   Items marked as "Non-returnable".

*   Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

*   Digital/downloadable products.
